About The Speaker:

N. James Turner – is a Consumer Rights and Workers’ Rights attorney with an office in Orlando, Florida. His practice is limited primarily to consumer finance and compensation matters. Mr. Turner received his B.S. degree from Bentley College, Waltham, Massachusetts, with highest honors, his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and Masters of Laws from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a founding member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar. Rated AV (highest rating) by Martindale – Hubbell, Mr. Turner is a frequent author and lecturer in the fields of employment law and civil procedure. His YouTube Channel contains videos on topics such as student loans, debt harassment and overtime. Defense of Student loan lawsuits has become a major part of his practice and in 2015 through 2016 has had over $300,000 private student loan lawsuits dismissed.
