Greg Ward focuses his practice on complex litigation and arbitration in the areas of insurance, bad faith, business disputes and a wide range of sophisticated contractual matters. He has litigated cases at the trial and appellate levels and in both state and federal courts.

 

Mr. Ward has handled numerous complex matters throughout Florida. He has extensive experience with insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, securities litigation, hedge fund litigation and other business disputes. Mr. Ward has represented clients from a wide variety of industries including insurance, home owner’s associations, financial services, accounting services, telecommunications, aviation, information technology, information services, retail, real estate, and other service providers.
