A 1998 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Peter earned his law degree from Georgia State University. Immediately upon his admission into the Georgia bar in 2006, he began working at the Bricks Law Firm, at the time focusing primarily on residential real estate closings. He has since started his own firm, Peter Bricks, PC. Located in Dunwoody and Jonesboro, his office represents clients throughout the metro Atlanta area, focusing on a variety of legal issues, with an emphasis on bankruptcy.
Peter regularly represents individual debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases throughout the Northern District of Georgia. He has been an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys since 2008, regularly participating in listserv discussions and attending conferences. Susan was Associate Editor Lead Articles for the Georgia State University Law Review and co-founder of the Immigration Law Society.
