Prior to starting Stack Law Office, Attorney Robert Stack had been a founding partner in the Brookfield, Wisconsin law firm of Stack, Fahl & Bagley, LLP, which operated from March of 2006 until September of 2010.

 

Attorney Stack earned his law degree in 1996 at the Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to his law degree, he also holds an MBA from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a BBA-Finance from UW- Milwaukee. He is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Tennessee, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Middle District of Tennessee, as well as all State Courts in both Wisconsin and Tennessee.

 

Since earning his law degree, Attorney Stack has been involved with more than 1,500 consumer bankruptcy cases.

 

In addition to his law practice, Attorney Stack is a member of the adjunct faculty in the Cardinal Stritch University College of Business, and is a frequent presenter of Continuing Legal Education program on bankrutpcy related topics.

 

Robert Stack is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankrutpcy Attorneys (NACBA), the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the Waukesha County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) and serves as Assistant Region Counsel for the Milwaukee Region.
