Preeti K. Bajwa is an attorney practicing immigration and criminal defense law in the Bay and Northern California area. She advises businesses and families on immigration law.
Ms. Bajwa holds a Law Degree from Loyola Law School and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. Ms. Bajwa began her legal career at the Public Defender's Offices in Santa Clara and subsequently Sacramento area. This work introduced her to immigration laws and the effect on the charged client.
In 2008, Ms. Bajwa founded the Law Offices of Preeti K. Bajwa. Her practice focuses on federal court litigation, employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and citizenship. She also spends a significant amount of time advising clients about the immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
Ms. Bajwa speaks Spanish and Punjabi fluently. Ms. Bajwa is admitted to practice in the state of California and U.S. Federal Court, Eastern District of California.
