Mr. Gaynor primarily practices Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer and small business bankruptcy. Mr. Gaynor has helped numerous debtors in cases ranging from run-of-the-mill Chapter 7 to cases involving litigation in appellate matters.

 

Education
Mr. Gaynor received his Bachelor in Science degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from California State University at Chico, his Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school Mr. Gaynor was a member of the Dean’s List and earned the Kierney Family Foundation Fellowship. Mr. Gaynor also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies in a joint venture of the Universität Salzburg and the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Mr. Gaynor is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum. Mr. Gaynor is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California, and is authorized to practice before the Eastern and Northern Districts of the United States Federal Court in California, and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
