Attorney Kamana Mathur

Attorney Kamana Mathur graduated from The George Washington University’s National Law Center in Washington, D.C. with a J.D. in 1994. She practiced Immigration Law in the D.C. area for several years before joining the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. In that position, she served as a Consular Officer at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India.
Ms. Mathur is founder of the firm MathurLaw, with offices in Pittsburgh and Northern Virginia. The firm specializes in the practice of Business and Family Based Immigration Law. She is admitted to the D.C. and Maryland Bars, and has served as Secretary of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Pittsburgh Chapter.
Ms. Mathur teaches a course: "Why Our Immigration System is Broken and How We Can Fix It" for Osher at CMU. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Chatham University’s School of Business.
