Ms. Gaefke focuses her practice on representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings and mortgage modifications. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Western District of Pennsylvania as well as the State of West Virginia and Southern District of West Virginia. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

 

Ms. Gaefke received her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in May 2010. While attending law school, Ms. Gaefke received the Pro Bono Commitment to Community Award and was involved with the Women’s Caucus and Phi Alpha Delta.

 

Ms. Gaefke graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2007 earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While a student at Penn State University, Ms. Gaefke was involved in the Blue & White Society and Dance MaraTHON.

Glenn Bartifay organized Bartifay Law Offices, P.C. in 1999, with a practice emphasis in consumer debt services. Attorney Bartifay graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993 in the top 25% of his class.

 

From 1993 to 1999, he was an attorney with the law firm of Hertzberg & Bartifay, P.C. and its predecessors with a practice emphasizing real estate settlement and consumer debt services.In addition, Attorney Bartifay served as general counsel for Advanced Mortgage Settlement Services Corporation from 1998 to 1999 and as a closing attorney for Priority Settlement Services Corporation from 1993 to 1996.

 

He was the proprietor and general counsel for Renaissance Settlements, L.L.C., a real estate settlement agency, from its inception in 1999 until he sold the company in 2007. Renaissance conducted approximately three hundred transactions during peak production, had thirty employees and six offices, and operated in twelve states.

 

He is a member of the Real Property Section and Bankruptcy Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association and admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and all state courts in Pennsylvania.

 

Attorney Bartifay was lead counsel in several published appellate court decisions. He is married with three children and active in his church, coaching youth sports, and participating in ice hockey and distance running.
