Represented and defended clients in product liability cases involving medical devices, pool filters, industrial machinery, automobile tires, mechanical fasteners, all-terrain vehicles, watercraft and motorcycles.
Represented and defended transportation clients on catastrophic injury claims by passengers and motorists.
Successfully argued before appellate courts on multiple occasions on issues of insurance coverage, commercial litigation and medical malpractice.
