William Gerstein, a partner in the law firm, is a member of the Florida and Georgia state bars. He has also been admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Gerstein is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, certified as an expert in immigration and nationality law by the Florida Bar, and has been practicing US immigration law since 1995. Mr. Gerstein earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with minors in Spanish and Italian from Tulane University in 1992 and then went on to complete his law degree at St. Thomas University in 1995. Mr. Gerstein speaks Spanish and Italian and has served hundreds of clients in his years of dedicated immigration practice.

Mr. Baret is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association and has been practicing law since 1999. Mr. Baret earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) from Manchester University of England and his Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) From St. Thomas University. Mr. Baret is proudly and honorably serving in the United States Coast Guard Select Reserve at their legal department in Miami, Florida. Mr. Baret is fluent in the Hebrew language.
