Attorney Dawn D. Hallman is a leader in estate and business planning. She has been advising residents of Oklahoma on estate planning and administration issues for over 11 years. Ms. Hallman obtained a BBA in Accounting and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is the founder of Hallman & Associates, P.C. in Norman, Oklahoma.

Ms. Hallman has many years of experience in creatively and effectively addressing estate planning needs of modest to ultra high net worth families. Her experience working with all kinds of family issues, coupled with her tax and business law background, make her uniquely qualified to assist clients in overcoming difficult estate and business planning challenges.

Ms. Hallman limits her practice to wealth transfer planning; estate planning, including trusts (revocable, irrevocable, charitable and special needs trusts), FLPs and Family LLCs; trust administration; tax planning; probate; and business organizations, including corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and business succession planning. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, Cleveland County Bar Association and Wealth Counsel.

Ms. Hallman is a lecturer on topics of estate planning, trust administration and asset protection in continuing education programs for attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs and various related organizations. She has been the keynote speaker on estate planning issues for NAIFA and the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Ms. Hallman was recently nominated and selected for a prestigious award by her clients and peers based on their overall satisfaction with her service. She is honored to receive this award from the Five Star Program recognizing her as one of the top Estate Planners in the state of Oklahoma.

 

Ms. Hallman’s pro bono activities include being a board member and former Treasurer for Middle Earth Child Development Center in Norman, Oklahoma. She is also an active member in her community, being involved in the Norman Chamber of Commerce and various local organizations.
