Attorney Daniel Stone

Stone Law Firm, L.L.C. - Columbia, SC

 

Daniel Stone is an attorney at the Stone Law Firm, where he primarily handles consumer bankruptcy cases. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, his J.D. degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas, and a Certificate of Japanese Comparative Law from Temple Law School, Tokyo Campus. Mr. Stone is a member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, was appointed to the Bankruptcy Interest Rate Committee and is active with the Bankruptcy Court's Care Program that teaches students credit education. He has been an elected committee member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association (2007-2009), and has served as a presenter on consumer bankruptcy issues for Continuing Legal Education in South Carolina (NBI 2009 and 2010 conferences).
