Specializing in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law, Christina assists clients with their Chapter 7 (liquidation) and Chapter 13 (reorganization) cases. She also assists clients with cases involving divorce, children's issues, property settlement, separation agreements, alimony and equitable distribution. Christina also represents real estate buyers and sellers in their transactions.
Christina has been practicing law in North Carolina since 2001, and brings a well-rounded background which provides clients with versatile insight into their issues. Her educational experience includes a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Paralegal Certificate from Queens College (American Institute of Paralegal Studies), a JD from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a Masters of Accountancy (anticipated 2013) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Each case is a special one for Christina, who utilizes all her vast professional skills along with her ability to be an effective communicator to provide each client with superior service.
