Carl G. Archer, Esquire is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward M. Coleman, P.J.Cr. Carl practices out of Hamilton, NJ, where he represents clients in estate planning matters, elder law issues, Medicaid planning, and estate administration, Carl maintains an active consumer bankruptcy practice while also advising small businesses in all stages of their development, ranging from formation to dissolution. He was recently named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2012 in the area of Elder Law and Estate Planning.

 

Carl graduated from Rutgers College with a degree in linguistics, and while in law school received the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel Award for his scholarship in trusts and estates.

 

Carl currently serves as the Corporate Board President and General Counsel for New Jersey Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership, a New Jersey nonprofit organization committed to instilling values of leadership development and community service in high school sophomores through the State. He lives in central New Jersey with his wife.
