She has served as the Tennessee State Chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and presently is a member of its Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the American Board of Certification. Mary Beth has served as President, Vice-President and Secretary for the Middle Tennessee Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
