Issues over the enforcement of Intellectual Property is one of the fastest growing legal matters in the U.S. and abroad. With the explosion of the Internet and the never-ending flow of ideas and digital content, the need for knowledgeable IP attorneys has never been greater.
This CLE course will introduce lawyers to the basics of Intellectual Property law, including the areas of trademarks, copyrights and patents.
