Craig G. Kline focuses his practice on all aspects of insurance including Bad Faith Defense, Environmental Defense, Property, Excess, Contingency, Errors and Omissions Defense, Commercial Property, Regulatory Matters, Litigation and Reinsurance. He has extensive experience in first party insurance and has served as reinsurance consultant and expert. He has represented international companies on matters arising in California as well as the London Market on first-party claims and litigation defense. Mr. Kline also has represented professionals, including attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, and has represented insurers, acting as monitoring coverage counsel in numerous construction cases. In addition, he advises clients on insurance regulatory matters.
