Phillip Lemmons is a seasoned conservatorship, trust and estate attorney who represents principals, professional fiduciaries, trustees, executors, administrators, conservators, guardians, beneficiaries and omitted heirs in all probate court related matters. He has handled a wide range of cases including international guardianships, contesting multi-million dollar trusts and releasing seniors from inappropriate conservatorships. He regularly plans estates, administers estates and trusts, and litigates disputes. Mr. Lemmons has developed a reputation as a formable trust and estate litigator in southern California. He has written over 100 articles on probate related matters and recently authored a book titled, “Inheritance Theft, A Con’s Guide to Stealing Home.”
