Attorney Lawrence Disparti

Nationally known attorney Lawrence Disparti has prevailed in disability cases in over 7 different states including the District of Columbia. Additionally, he has been featured with MSNBC and many other news outlets for the 2008 not guilty trial verdict he was able to obtain for a Brooksville teacher wrongly accused of solicitation.
While attending Stetson College of Law, which has been consistently ranked as one of the top trial advocacy schools in the country, Larry interned at the Public Defenders office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit helping those whose liberty was at stake. Since that time, Larry has focused on fighting large corporate interests and the federal government on behalf of his seriously injured, ill, or disabled clients. He remains very active in local and national support groups in the fight against cancer, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, and catastrophic injuries.
Larry is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Florida Trial Lawyers Association, National Organization of Social Security Disability Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR), National Association of Disability Representatives, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI defense, Pinellas County Criminal Defense Lawyers, Pinellas County Trial Lawyer Association, West Pasco Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar association, Hillsborough County Trial Lawyers Association, Vice Chairman for the Pasco County Health Facilities Board, and elected board member of Joining Hands Community Mission.
Education
Undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, B.A. in Economics, and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
Larry is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, District of Columbia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney John V. Tucker

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Tucker studied at Bellarmine University and the University of Louisville before he moved to Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1988. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991. While at UF's College of Law, John wrote on the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Mr. Tucker has focused his efforts on the representation of individuals in different types of insurance and employee benefit claims. He is one of a handful of lawyers in Florida who represent private citizens in all types of disability benefit claims. Further, he is one of only a few ERISA lawyers in the United States who handles Social Security disability and veterans administration (VA) disability claims and appeals.
He has handled hundreds of administrative hearings before the Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security Administration. John Tucker is also accredited to practice as an attorney before the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, where he represents disabled veterans seeking service-connected disability compensation benefits and disability pension benefits.

Teaching and lecturing
Mr. Tucker is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law teaching Employee Benefit Litigation Skills. His recent lectures on Social Security include national seminars in New York and Las Vegas.
He has frequently been invited to give lectures to various groups, and has published several papers. He currently writes a chapter for a treatise called "ERISA Litigation," which is published by BNA. In the last year, he has given lectures at national and statewide conferences on Social Security Disability law, Disability Litigation, ERISA, Insurance Law, and Veterans Disability Benefits. Included among the groups to whom he has spoken are:
